Thank you, Tim Cook and
@Apple for helping women make their own decisions about their bodies. Hopefully this inspires many more businesses to look out for and take care of their employees’ health.https://twitter.com/MikeSington/status/1439544769714163712 …
Wait. So women have to inform their workplace that “hey I need a few days to get an abortion?” I don’t want to jump the gun here but if that’s the case, we’re missing the core of Roe v Wade which is the right to PRIVACY.pic.twitter.com/qZLO3vrOSh
How about donating $50 million or more to Planned Parenthood
that would be great but it is ok to be thankful fir what he has done
Thank you to Apple for taking this stand against a clearly unconstitutional Texas law. I hope other business leaders with a Texas footprint will follow your lead.
And will Apple cover the $10,000 plus attorney fees if the employee is sued when she returns to TX?
Please cite your source. That is not the story I read.
That’s great, but it would be more impactful if Apple decided to cease all operations in the state od Texas, and paid to relocate all employees elsewhere instead
