halo top ice cream<3 a serving is like 120 cal

eggs! 6g of protein and around 70-80 cal. theyre also very filling

a cup of blueberries is 85 cals <3

miso cup! one packet is 20 cal and it has a bit of tofu in it.

seaweed:) one packet is 20 cals

udon, the whole packet is 190 cals but half of it is very filling (95 cal)

chobani flip. not super low cal but i like eating these when im craving sweets or chocolate. most of the yogurts are under 200 cals and theyre really filling and satisfying
